Professional Experience
Mr. Lytle’s practice focuses primarily on the highly regulated area of healthcare law and regulation and involves the representation of clients before the Legislature, the executive branch and the courts. He has represented a broad array of health care clients in navigating through the legal, regulatory and political challenges of the modern healthcare environment. As the partner responsible for the firm’s Albany office, he has provided governmental relations representation to non-healthcare clients with interests before the New York State Legislature and the executive branch.
Mr. Lytle served as Assistant Counsel for Health and Human Services to Governor Mario M. Cuomo from 1983-86.
