Professional Experience
Ms. Ingargiola provides strategic and regulatory advice, policy analysis and project support to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, healthcare providers and other healthcare clients on Medicare regulatory and reimbursement, health information technology and other issues.
Prior to joining Manatt Health Solutions, Ms. Ingargiola worked for Amylin Pharmaceuticals, a biotechnology company located in San Diego, California, where she was Associate Director for Public Policy and a founding member of the company’s Government Affairs Department. While at Amylin, Ms. Ingargiola served as the company’s lead advisor on Medicare Part D and provided strategic policy advice on issues ranging from clinical trial information disclosure to sales and marketing restrictions. Before joining Amylin in 2004, she held positions in the Public Policy and U.S. Human Health Public Affairs Departments of pharmaceutical industry leader Merck and Company, Inc. Ms. Ingargiola has also worked in both houses of Congress, including positions with the offices of U.S. Senator Robert G. Torricelli (D-NJ) and U.S. Representative Anna G. Eshoo (D-14-CA) of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. She began her career as an intern in the Clinton White House.
