Professional Experience
Ms. Griffin is a Senior Analyst for Manatt Health Solutions, focused on healthcare coverage and access and health information technology. Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Griffin served as a policy analyst at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and at the Center for Health and Wellbeing at Princeton University. There she developed and authored various policy products, including briefs, and participated on teams focused on reversing childhood obesity in the U.S., reducing racial and ethnic disparities in health care and providing policy solutions for health services in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. She also planned policy-related events and participated on a research team tasked with capturing the health, economic and educational impact of Hurricane Katrina on evacuees.
Ms. Griffin also has a background in survey design and implementation in such diverse locations as South Africa, Hungary, and Guinea, West Africa. She has conducted research for such varied institutions as Princeton University, UNICEF, and the U.S. Department of State, focused on topics such as the relationship between income, health and household spending; international patterns in human trafficking; and a program evaluation of a girls’ education program. Ms. Griffin has also held positions at the National Women’s Health Resource Center and at Johnson & Johnson corporate contributions, conducting research and a program evaluation to inform J&J’s women’s health funding strategy.
