Professional Experience
Ms. Garcimonde provides policy analysis, project implementation support and other strategic business and policy advisory services to health care providers, health information organizations and other health care clients on health information technology, health care access and financing and other issues.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. Garcimonde served as a graduate intern at Wider Opportunities for Women where she provided federal and state-level legislative and policy analysis to the Federal Policy and FESS (Family Economic Self Sufficiency) Project and was a contributor to Setting the Standard, WOW's quarterly newsletter. Ms. Garcimonde also served as a research assistant at the Campaign Finance Institute, where she was involved in the drafting of The Election After Reform , a book that examines the impact of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act on the 2004 elections.
